National Provider of Monitoring & Alarm Security Services
Sales, installation, service, and monitoring—Metro Alarm & Lock offers full-service to our security and alarm clients anywhere in the nation. But how?
Central Station Monitoring Services
The digital receiver with its normal telephone lines has paved the way for the security and alarm industry for over 20 years. Today we are video monitoring with cameras that have an IP address. We Internet monitor, use Cellular services, and now Two-way Radio. If the word integration is the future, then the Metro Alarm & Lock Central Station client is right there receiving all of their vital information.
We are always connected to the central station’s software, giving us access to data changes and our client’s alarm activity. We are able to gather and merge data for our clients at any time, around the clock. Clients that have multiple locations with multiple systems are all remotely managed by our staff.
Authorities Having Jurisdiction
Since 9/11, we have seen more security and life safety systems installed here and all across the country. Currently, there are 13 cities in Minnesota that require UL 72 Certificates for fire systems installed within their municipality, and we expect to see more. Metro Alarm & Lock serves clients in over 30 states, and continues to grow week by week.
Local Police and Fire Officials need our industry to assist them in managing their communities. Old systems are being replaced – the old conventional systems have made way for the latest in state-of-the-art security technology.
UL will continue to separate the industry into ‘those that are’ and ‘those that are not’ professionals—committed to being a full-service professional company, Metro Alarm & Lock will always have a place in the industry. We have our UL Certification, and we continue to train our people for NICET Certification.
